Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kuber Quant’s products, services, or website (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Services Description

Kuber Quant provides:

• TradingView-based technical analysis indicators
• Educational content and training materials
• Community access and support

All Services are for educational purposes only.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified
• All sales are final – no refunds (see Refund Policy)

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use our indicators on your personal TradingView account
• Access training materials for personal education

This license terminates if you violate these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your access
• Reverse engineer our indicators
• Use Services for illegal activities
• Misrepresent your identity
• Violate TradingView’s terms of service

Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, training materials, and trademarks are owned by Kuber Quant or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Suspicious activity
• At our discretion with 7 days’ notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuber Quant shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial damages
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any claim amount that exceeds the total fees you paid to us in the last 6 months

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, State].
