Kuber Quant does not offer refunds under any circumstances including but not limited to:
- Subscription fees (all plans: Trial, 1-Year, 3-Year, Lifetime)
- One-time purchases
- Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction
- Trading losses or market conditions
- Technical difficulties or setup issues
- Non-usage of purchased services
- Any other reason whatsoever
Digital Product Nature
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products:
- Access is granted immediately upon payment
- Digital products cannot be “returned”
- We cannot revoke knowledge gained from training
Trial Period
We offer a 7-day trial (₹999) for evaluation. This trial allows you to:
- Test all indicator features with limited signals
- Access basic training materials
- Evaluate product suitability before annual commitment
- Trial fee is non-refundable
Subscription Management
- All subscriptions are one-time payments (no auto-renewal)
- You must manually renew at the end of your subscription period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access continues until your paid period ends
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties:
- Contact support immediately for assistance
- We will provide troubleshooting support
- If unresolved, we may extend your access at our discretion
- No refunds will be issued for technical issues
Billing Errors
For genuine billing errors or unauthorized charges:
- Contact us within 7 days of transaction
- Provide complete transaction details
- We will investigate and correct genuine errors
- Refunds only for proven duplicate/unauthorized charges
Payment Methods

- We do not store your payment information
- Disputes/chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
- Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks
